The Kong Performance LT4 Billet Water Manifold is a direct-replacement upgrade designed to improve coolant flow to the intercoolers inside the supercharger. The inlet and outlet ports at the LT4 snout are precision-sized to match the enlarged, CNC-ported water passages found in all Kong CNC-ported superchargers, reducing restrictions and increasing overall coolant flow.
Increased intercooler water flow helps remove heat more effectively, keeping intake air temperatures lower. Cooler air is denser, which allows the supercharger to push more oxygen into the engine. This improves overall efficiency and helps the engine produce more horsepower while maintaining consistent performance, even during extended or aggressive driving.
The Kong billet manifold is available with interchangeable ORB-style fittings for a true plug-and-play installation. Fitting options include the OEM 5/8" quick-disconnect or 12AN connections, providing flexibility for multiple coolant line routing configurations.
