All current port designs are developed entirely in-house using advanced porting software and programmed on our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining centers. Each port is carefully designed, simulated, and tested to ensure consistent, repeatable performance gains. Customers routinely see 40–80 RWHP increases, depending on vehicle setup and supporting modifications.

The Stage X LSA Port Upgrade is now available as an enhancement to our industry-leading CNC supercharger porting service. Designed for enthusiasts seeking maximum power from the factory 1.9L LSA supercharger, Stage X goes beyond standard porting.
In addition to our proven CNC port work, the Stage X package includes additional CNC machining that has been flow-simulated, chassis dyno tested, and validated at the track. On capable engines with proper supporting modifications and fuel, the Kong Stage X LSA setup has been shown to support 900+ RWHP. The "Stage X" turns the stock 1.9L LSA into a BEAST!
FAST TURN AROUND! We typically operate at a 3-7 business day turn around time on porting so we can get your supercharger back to you as quickly as possible!
The process is simple!
- Once you checkout, print out your emailed receipt and put that in a box with your supercharger. Make sure the supercharger is padded well on all sides. (Do not use packing peanuts)
- Be sure to remove all sensors and gaskets please!
- We prefer UPS, Fedex, or DHL for shipping to us.
