The Kong Performance LT4 Billet Water Manifold is a direct-replacement upgrade designed to improve coolant flow to the intercoolers inside the LT4 supercharger. The inlet and outlet ports at the LT4 snout are precision-sized to match the enlarged, CNC-ported water passages found in all Kong CNC-ported superchargers, reducing restrictions and increasing overall coolant flow.
Increased intercooler water flow helps remove heat more effectively, keeping intake air temperatures lower. Cooler air increases air density, which allows the supercharger to push more oxygen into the engine. This improves overall Supercharger efficiency and helps the engine produce more horsepower while maintaining consistent performance, even during extended or aggressive driving.
The Kong billet manifold includes interchangeable ORB-style fittings for a true plug-and-play installation. Two fitting options are included. OEM 5/8" quick-disconnect and 12AN connections, providing flexibility for multiple coolant line routing configurations. Since it is a direct swap, installation takes just a few minutes!
